  great customer service. TERRIBLE location. There are too many businesses in the building . I had to get my wheelchair and service dog into this location but I had no choice of parking. I parked on the opposite side of the street and carefully cross traffic. the ATM Ould not read the check that needed to be deposited.

  I had a great experience working with Khalil at PNC Bank. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and made the experience smooth and stress-free.   I think PNC might be the worst bank in the world. The people are nice, and once in a while I might get someone who's helpful. Customer service (888 number) is atrocious. When I make an appointment I drive the 30 - 35 minutes and usually wait for at least 30 minutes for the appointment. I always see someone different because they have crazy turnover. And they don't answer the phone. Ugh!
