The caffeine was doing its thing. I was aware of my surroundings and driving a cautious 2 mph under the legal limit. Suddenly, the power steering gave way and I had to rely on my personal strength. I handled it well, and parked it safely at a nearby church. Hashtag blessed. I called Enterprise Fleet Management and my confirmation email got lost in the sauce (as the kids would say). Hannah answered my second call and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of me. She corrected an issue with my email address AND sent me the information. I couldn't have asked for better assistance!
