This is a business that makes you feel valued and respected. Any banking services you have will be handled efficiently and quickly. There is always excellent communication. You don’t have to talk to an unending list of people who have no idea what you’re calling about. Then you’re constantly repeating the same information over and over. That is so frustrating and wasteful of my time. At Spratt Savings Bank you can ask for help and be directed to exactly who you need to handle your situation. You’ll be given a name and be able to speak to them directly for any follow up. That’s basically unheard of now. I would give more stars if I could!!

We were with another local, popular credit union for years and had no idea what we were missing. I highly recommend Spratt for all of your banking needs. The staff is friendly and responsive.
