Was in and out in 10 minutes with a new debit card in hand and a check deposit successfully negotiated. And they were very thorough in their KYC process as well, no corners cut. So I'm not sure where all the "long" waits are coming from because they diligently verified my identity and deposited a check, and it only took 10 minutes... if that. These guys are great.
