  After fighting with PNC and multiple people at different locations for 4 days it straight, It took one phone call and 5 mins of Jacenta's time to help us with the paper we needed! She had it printed and ready to for us to pick up within minutes!

  Not sure where all the unfortunate experiences are coming from; was here visiting family for thanksgiving nd lost my debit card. Was in and out in 10 minutes with a new debit card in hand and a check deposit successfully negotiated. And they were very thorough in their KYC process as well, no corners cut. So I'm not sure where all the "long" waits are coming from because they diligently verified my identity and deposited a check, and it only took 10 minutes... if that. These guys are great.

  when i go to pnc they have a new lady who will not print out a receipt this is unacceptable!! /she states her competer will not print out a receipt or monthy stmt. I liked the young man who quit because he was great at what he did. 1

  There used to be a clerk named Duncan that was great to work with, both personally and when I had deposits to be fulfilled for my employer. However, besides him this place is awful. Even when depositing money for a business, it took way too long. Additionally, I recently needed a new card printed along with a new account set up due to a fraud incident. When calling to try and set up an appointment, the girl seemed annoyed that I was even calling & explained how it would be a day or so before I could even get in. I instantly gave up and called the MP location & got help within less than an hour. Just sad service, definitely needs a staff cleanup.

  The older lack lady in the front is super rude she always in a bad mood. I live in James island so every time I had a check to deposit will go to the pnc bank downtown. She was always so rude in a bad mood and not helpefyll at all so I decided to close my account with them, didn't want to deal with her every time.
