- CZChristian ZlatevAug 21, 20251.0Apparently they do not process certified cheques like other banks. TD considers certified cheques the same as normal cheques. Ridiculous considering that negates the whole purpose of a certified cheque. Terrible customer service since they couldn’t not explain why.
