- JMJoshua MartinDec 19, 20252.0While I never had a major rude experience. Their hours are horrible if you work a normal 8 to 5 job.and to get a simple key for the night deposit is like pulling teeth .they certainly do not make one feel like they interested in your best interest.
- AHA HamiltonOct 8, 20251.0I recently opened a business checking account at this location. I called to check the status of my bankcard about 10 business days in, and was told to wait the 14 days. On day 16, I called again, after emailing the branch manager who did not respond, and was told my bank card was never ordered! My options were to wait the 14 business days all over again. I'd hate to think this was intentional, however; the person I called could've checked the system and fixed this instead of telling me to wait! Clearly, they don't need my business and are extremely unprofessional. I got a weak Im sorry, its a mess, when I went in to close my account. Beware!
