- CECori ElijahDec 3, 20251.0If i could leave no stars i would. They charge $35 in overdraft fees and will continue until you are no longer negative even if its only $1. You can overdraft by a dollar and end up negative hundred if your pay day is still days away. They will not let you set up over draft protection when you ask they say no and that they cant do that when every other bank has over draft protections. They just want to hit you with any fee they can. The app constantly does not work. The staff is rude. I have been with this bank since i was a kid and it was commerce or whatever and staid when it turned to metro then this. And its just trash all around. I do not recommend this bank at all.

The lady i spoke to on the phone was completely rude shes lucky she didnt tell me her name or id call and report her to corporate.
