  Teller was the only one working. There was at.least one person in a office. No customers except me. Teller lady with a nose ring was on the phone. She.asked the person she was on the.phone with "who.do you think your talking to? Do you know who I am?" and hung up.. Not sure.what that was about and realizing maybe.the Teller was having a bad day I was extremely polite. I asked for help doing a money wire and nose ring lady asked how much. I told her and she said I was to do it on my.phone app. I couldn't get it to go through so I left. Thankfully the manager in New Oxford branch helped me. Yes it was way out of my way. Two weeks later in need to do a much larger money wire that does require going to a branch. After 4 calls to the York branch with no answers I called the New Oxford branch and the manager told me to come the next morning. THANK YOU TO HER AT NEW OXFORD! This review is only for the Kenneth Rd branch in York. After two weeks of thinking on this I will move move four account to Memebers 1st.

  Impossible to see a bank manager without scheduling an appointment days in advance, lots of staff frolicking around. Location needs more bank managers and less frolickers who are creative in their ways in how they can’t help including telling me to use their mobile app. Never banking in the York branch again. Went to Dillsburg branch, completely different experience. I received help right away. Staff was knowledgeable and focused. Don’t let the York branch sour the PNC brand there are other branches that do it right.

  Facility was packed and they had a teller at the door greeting customers,??! Not necessary when the line gets up to yhe door! A great manager should have him helping the tellers and not greeting people at the door!

  West York is the worst branch the employees are ignorant and to have me call 3 times and be on here for a half hr.then the rude mgr don't explains and hangs up...this is not were I want my money at...They are so rude and ignore you....Mgr completely rude no customer service at this branch will be leaving work to close my account and go with a better bank...nothing gets done about it with all these bad reviews
