- MFMatt FazioApr 1, 20261.0Second time I attempted to open a business account. The first time they input my EIN number wrong in the system, I was never able to access the account. They did not make it easy. I tried again, it seems they did the same exact thing. Wasted a lot of time, a lot of driving and unfortunately now I have to use a different bank for my business account. Also after attempting to create business account, my personal account magically went negative $138. And I don't even use that card . Customer service was no help, and now I will be closing my personal account. I always liked PNC but this branch is full of unprofessional incompetent employees.

Apparently in an attempt to deal with check fraud, they put random check holds for no verifiable reason and I end up spending hours of my day talking to team members on their fraud line who, on a good day, are friendly and incompetent, on a bad day they are also incompetant but in addition are rude and can't speak English.

Everyone here is very helpful and willing to assist you in any situation. Nancy , Justina , Nyesha , and the girl in the first office keep up the good work .
