I called asking to receive a copy of a check which I deposited 1 hour prior, and they were extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. I then went to the store to get the copy of the check, and I was treated horribly for some odd reason. I guess asking them for a copy of a check is the wrong thing to do at this bank! WARNING If you need a photo copy of your check be aware of this bank because you will be treated horribly. P.S. On my way out they yelled some rude remark at me to top things off. “ Hope your weekend gets better” HORRIBLE BANK
