This is a very business branch. Marrissa was excellent, prompt and professional about the process. I needed to get this done early and quick because Im on google meetings all day.

We have his business account and our personal accounts with PNC. They have always offered exceptional service to us as a larger company and the Willow Street branch has always been great as well. We have never had any issues, everyone is always friendly and accommodating. We plan to use the Willow Street Branch for years to come!
- KKKris KnarrNov 24, 20201.0Been with PNC for a few years, one of the worst banks. PNC somehow always finds a way to get your money. Always finding reasons to overdraft yout account even when you have overdraft protection. Also really good at leaving purchases to be pending in your account for days to help confuse you so you think you have funds available and within a few hours boom you overdrawn. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some money choose another bank.
