- SSScottApr 1, 20251.0I purchased a car a little over a month ago and it was financed through PNC as of today 4/1/2025 I’ve yet to receive a statement for the loan, payment book or where to send payment. So I stopped at this branch after waiting 20 minutes someone finally asked me if I needed help, I replied I did and why I was there. I was told they were kinda busy do I have an appointment or could I come back tomorrow. I told the girl I’m here now I don’t want to come back tomorrow. She was hard to understand due to her broken English. There were two people waiting on someone from customer service, I believe there were 4 customer service people none of the people who had an appointment was there to see the girl who came out of her office to ask me if I needed help. Why she couldn’t take a few minutes to punch my information into the computer and give me the information I need is beyond me. I told her I was leaving and that I wasn’t coming back tomorrow a half hour from my home. No PNC tomorrow I’ll be finding another bank to refinance my loan through. The customer service you provided today to a new customer was awful I think someone needs to be retrained on customer service.

Need to go back again. The first time was from the King Street Branch, the second from the Willow Street branch.
