Their no hassle approach is service focused for the right reasons. I have never seen a financial institution where people have made me feel so comfortable about handling money. I trust them completely. Anytime they have had to explain anything to me, it was in honesty, done in a kind way and honestly if there was any discrepancy, I was at fault, not them. They are AWESOME folks! I am thankful to know them!

This branch has workers at the counter that get mad and are short. I called 3 times from 9 am - 1 pm. And got no answer. I then went to the branch and stood waiting while the workers talked about not answering the phone and how people keep calling over and over and that "they need to get a clue". Also one worker went to answer and was told not to. I will be switching banks as soon as my stimulus comes through and student funds.

Changing banks because they are ridiculous. For anyone looking to find a bank to go to do not choose FNB. As they are a rude and disrespectful company.
