- RSReid SmithJul 26, 20251.0Banking here is like having a second job tasting the insoles of army boots. - No parking!!! I have to usually park 2-3 blocks away because their customer parking is not enforced. - The ATM in front lobby is more capable and less hassle then going in. - No other branches around, they left this one open in the area for convenience. Maybe if you live on the block. - If you find a convenient branch, they don't work with money.
- BFB FJul 6, 20253.0Having one branch of this bank basically in all of northern Pennsylvania is pretty crazy. The next location is State College so I don't understand thought process in closing the only other branch which was in a grocery store which made it some what convenient. I don't know what's happened to PNC bank lately as a whole but I've had them for those 40 years and they are declining quickly while I am not had any specific issues at this branch it just seems like overall the whole service as a whole is declining whether its dealing with the investment side or account side. For the first time in almost 40 years it has crossed my mind to switch banks.

- RBRebecca BrociousJun 28, 20251.0I have had a PNC bank for about 20 years and I will soon be changing banks! They are now so inconvenient! First they close the Giant branch. So, now the Williamsport's branch is the only one you can go to. They have "banker's" hours so if you work a decent job forget it. They are open until 2 on Saturdays. There are 3 free parking spots the rest are meter spots! Plus, the ONLY ATM in town that you can do deposits in the one in the bank lobby so you have still deal will the horrible parking. Then, today, that ATM was BROKEN! Every other ATM in town are withdrawal only. I'm going to withdrawal my account and go to some other bank!
