- GGGuntNov 18, 20251.0This is ridiculous,my account has been frozen for over two weeks and I’ve called on 4 separate occasions,each time I’ve called they gave me a number to call instead of just unfreezing my account or at the very least giving me a reason on why my account is frozen.So they gave me this number I call them each time I call them I get put on hold for an hour,then when they finally do get to me they schedule a call on a certain day,3 seperate times that has happened and haven’t gotten called once,so today when I called the PNC branch again to let them know they told me I would get a call from the branch or them today and surprise surprise I didn’t get a call back,I can’t use any of my funds and the employees sound like they have never worked at a bank before,management if you see this i suggest you start prioritizing your customers a little more as I see other ppl are putting in not so nice reviews aswell.
- ESEduardo SolanoJul 18, 20252.0Don’t really use this branch for much other than to deposit or withdraw money through their ATMs. Unfortunately, half the time the drive-thru ATM always has an issue accepting deposits and just returns my money, and I end up having to do 2 deposits at the drive-thru ATM or having to end up using the ATM indoors, which is extremely annoying. So far, the ATM that’s indoors doesn’t seem to have an issue taking my deposits.

They didn't ask if I had an account just told me they didn't do notaries unless for PNC business. I asked if that was a new policy since I've had things notarized many times. They said not new. A few hours later I went to my local branch and got it notarized. Not sure what's wrong with the Whitehall branch but very glad it's not my branch.
