  This is ridiculous,my account has been frozen for over two weeks and I’ve called on 4 separate occasions,each time I’ve called they gave me a number to call instead of just unfreezing my account or at the very least giving me a reason on why my account is frozen.So they gave me this number I call them each time I call them I get put on hold for an hour,then when they finally do get to me they schedule a call on a certain day,3 seperate times that has happened and haven’t gotten called once,so today when I called the PNC branch again to let them know they told me I would get a call from the branch or them today and surprise surprise I didn’t get a call back,I can’t use any of my funds and the employees sound like they have never worked at a bank before,management if you see this i suggest you start prioritizing your customers a little more as I see other ppl are putting in not so nice reviews aswell.

  I've been a customer of PNC for over 20 years. I've moved around numerous times within Pennsylvania and I've had the pleasure of working with many PNC branches and they've been an absolute joy to work with. This branch is the exception. This branch is the worst. Anything that isn't a straightforward deposit or withdrawal is excruciating to work through with the employees. It's almost as if they've never done anything at all, if this review somehow gets to anyone in management, I highly suggest you train your employees better.

  Don’t really use this branch for much other than to deposit or withdraw money through their ATMs. Unfortunately, half the time the drive-thru ATM always has an issue accepting deposits and just returns my money, and I end up having to do 2 deposits at the drive-thru ATM or having to end up using the ATM indoors, which is extremely annoying. So far, the ATM that’s indoors doesn’t seem to have an issue taking my deposits.
