  You'll be waiting an hour. Lines will be out of the door, no matter what time of day. You'll see more people leave than be served. Only bank I'm aware of that intentionally does not do online banking for loans UNLESS you sign up for a checking account. Then, suddenly they have modern technology. Worst bank ever, worst branch ever. They can afford a penguins sponsorship, but not online banking for all loans. Biggest mistake of my life getting an auto loan through FNB

  I go through the drive through. Sometimes am there at exactly 9. And sit for over 20 minutes before someone gets to me. There are ppl working but no one to help.. Drawers are just starting to get counted. Shouldn’t they have that done before they open???

  If I could give a zero, I would. I deposited a homeowners insurance check and placed a 10 business day hold it. Screwing up my account and payments to other companies I had placed. I am taking all my money out of FNB as soon as available.
