- RRrfcmmFeb 21, 20265.0Honestly with the new branch manager, Miles, I feel more confident with this branch. He clearly is a master at customer service and left me feeling confident with my accounts in PNC.
- JAJay AveAug 4, 20251.0Drive thru ATM is constantly out of cash and otherwise useless. Now they have no internet for any kind of withdrawals.
- CMCurtis MulhaulAug 28, 20245.0The head manager Branden has helped me a ton. He was able to get my accounts set up and always answer emails and in person questions. He also Dosent try and sell you on things he simply explains them and Dosent push anything just lets you know what PNC has to offer you. Like any bank sometimes there is a wait for the tellers. That’s no reason for a bad review. You can’t expect to go to a bank at lunch and be the first in line or first thing after work. Highly reccomend this branch for either a personal or businuess account.
- SLScott LSep 9, 20221.0Horrible branch. These people have no clue how to communicate with customers and let you sit with an empty place for a half hour... why? If you are forced to go to a PNC dont come here. Go down the road to Newtown Square, they seem to have their stuff together.
