After standing in line for 45 minutes, the teller informed me a wire transfer is a banker's process rather than a teller's, and that I would need to arrange an appointment for tomorrow. On the internet and in the bank, I said, I saw nothing indicating that this was a banker-led operation. I was informed, "Well, you do now." I got in my car, drove to the Malvern branch and the teller took care of it in 5 minutes. Never again!
