Needless to say I was exhausted today when I went into the branch. I went in hoping for a painless experience. I sat down, the rep. gathered some information from me. Then engaged in small talk no problem. But then tried to sell me on a credit card, with cash back, AFTER HAVING ALL OF MY STUFF STOLEN. Sensitivity? Really? Then I sat there for 30 minutes. The machine was broken. Very unpleasant experience. Will never return to this branch.
