  This location has employees that refuse to help with card services or ordering replacement cards to be mailed, they will refer you to the corporate 800 number. However, other branches are willing to help with no problem.

  Poor. Teller flat out lied to me. I went in to deposit my paycheck at 11am (so, pretty well before noon, not even like it was the end of the day) and waited in line for about fifteen or maybe twenty minutes. When my turn came around, I went up to the teller desk/counter and endorsed my paycheck, handed the guy my ID and debit card, he looked up the account and did the deposit slip. When that was all done, he asked if I had any questions, I asked if the money was available immediately or not. He said "There's $100 in there available right now, the rest will clear at midnight". I checked repeatedly for the rest of the day and there was never $100 available, and it's after midnight now with no changes. So not only is my check not available as of midnight, not even the $100 that was supposedly available "right away" is there. Again, to be clear, it is now the time at which I'm supposed to have ALL the money, and I don't even have the tiny bit I was told was available as of 11am, over thirteen hours ago. If you need to deposit a check, don't bother - just use their (terrible, constantly broken) app. Even though the app is bad and always needs updated, at least you won't be standing around in line to get lied to, and you'll at least know you won't be getting your money right away.
