- AMAlan McgaheyApr 17, 20261.0I've been with this bank for over 20 years. I have a PO box for over 20 years. I get my statements mailed to my PO box. I get their junk mail sent to my PO box. I have an IRA with them. It turned over. They sent my mail somewhere else they have my PO box on file. They waited 2 months afterwards to call me. Now I lost The interest and the interest on the interest. It was refused three times in my book. That's bad business. That was not my fault. That was bank error
