  I've been with this bank for over 20 years. I've have a PO box for over 20 years. I get statements mailed to my PO box. I get their junk mail sent to my PO box. I have an IRA with them. It turned over. They sent my mail somewhere else. They had my PO box on filed. They waited 2 months afterwards to call me. Now I lost all that interest and interest on the interest. They refuse to fix it. It was declined three times. In my book that's bad business not mine. bank error

  Customer of this bank for 25 years. They are a descent bank. However, consistently are a nightmare to obtain a new bank card from or withdraw larger sums of money. I often need new cards as they wear quickly. Checks are very expensive.

  I can’t believe I trust this bank with my money. I’ll be moving everything somewhere else soon

  Money order, they charge $5, meanwhile other places less than $1. I attempted to cash a money order once, they hold it for a day. You pay cash to receive it, why do you have to wait a day for it to clear, even when you have that amount in your account! Frustrating
