  I have managed 2 Fortune 25 Sales Organizations in my 35 Career in Corporate America. I am here to tell you that this Thorndale Branch is a poorly run business. I have been in this Branch when I was the only customer in the Branch with nobody helping me and meanwhile, there were 4 PNC employees sitting around their offices or cubicles. Moreover, I have also been in this Branch with a line of 5 customers and guess what? 1 Teller was available and 3 other PNC employees were in their Cubicles with no customers. What did I do? After seeing this PNC operation, I went next door to The Citadel Credit Union Bank. OMG. The people at the Citadel Bank were jumping out of their chairs to help every customer who came through the door. I was absolutely shocked. Guess what I did?

  Would give 0 stars if I could. PNC returned a check for a "mismatched signature." Come to find out they are using AI to verify this, with no regard for how undeveloped and unready AI is for this kind of work or the CONSEQUENCES for their customers, like returned payment fees, when they do this. No way to opt out. Called the branch, and they routed me to the main help line where they were NOT helpful resolving this. We will be looking for a new bank. One that is transparent about their policies, allows us to opt out of AI processing, and that TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY for their mistakes. We should have been offered to be made whole for this, not left out to dry. Shameful.

  Regularly, on a Saturday they only have two people working in the entire bank and the air conditioner isn’t on so it’s always stuffy and stifling hot.
