However, PNC lost a deposit of mine and I can't get anyone to fix this despite putting in an appeal and proving funds were processed (with a canceled check). Called many times this morning and no one answers the phone! No one has called me back after 5 days of reporting this... with still no resolution! I asked them to put the money into my account and figure out what happened on their own time, I just need those funds to pay bills! Still....no help.
