  I like using this branch because of the inside ATM it feels safer and usually faster than waiting in line at the window

  Today's experience was above and beyond, but should be the norm. I went through the drive thru just to make a deposit, I was greeted by a friendly young woman, however, when completing my transaction, she said good morning, Is there anything else I can help you with. How are we doing, do you have questions regarding your account or suggestions? I was taken back for a second then realized, she is taking that extra time even though they are busy..to make me feel seen. GREAT JOB TIA! A quick and productive minute interaction made a great impression! I hope I'm not the only one who had that experience today. I appreciate you TIA! Thank you!

  Love that this bank offers hours to 6 p.m. for the working people. However, PNC lost a deposit of mine and I can't get anyone to fix this despite putting in an appeal and proving funds were processed (with a canceled check). Called many times this morning and no one answers the phone! No one has called me back after 5 days of reporting this... with still no resolution! I asked them to put the money into my account and figure out what happened on their own time, I just need those funds to pay bills! Still....no help.

  I called twice this morning regarding opening a new account and purchasing a CD, but both times nobody answered the phone after more than 10 minutes of dead silence. What a joke. I'll go elsewhere and see if a different bank wants my money.
