Branch manager is narcissistic, claiming her branch is number one in the area and the ATM’s don’t even work. What a joke and waste of time.

I looked at my son when we walked out and said, "You just experienced some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed in my 47 years." We went in to open a Student Virtual account and our representative, Gina, was amazing. She was thorough and took the time to explain to my teenage son the intricacies of starting your financial report card. She was personable and professional. Everyone at this branch welcomed us with a smile. I would definitely recommend this bank.
