- ELErica LaytonOct 21, 20251.0Do not come to this branch for a personal loan. I have been a long time PNC customer. All of my banking and loans are done here. Angel the loan agent told me it "does not effect him personally or his job whether or not i would be approved" when i asked him if i should apply. He was completely rude and acted as if he wanted nothing to do with me from the moment i walked in for a scheduled appointment.

Have not seen her for a few days, i asked where she was and they acted like it was a burden me asking. Finally someone informed me she was let go because the bank has stupid scoring system. Its 2025 who still does that. She was so sweet and helpful. Hope you land somewhere that appreciates you Tamara. I will miss you. Do better PNC!!

Very disappointed that they closed the PNC in E.Burg and on Sarah street. Try the one in Tannersville if you can get up there. I do not recommend this bank at all.
