However, since they are new, they don't have the answers to the simple queries that I asked. After my third visit in a month, I got tired of asking the same questions and getting vague answers. What's worse is, they get defensive instead of giving the accurate answers. I got fed up and changed my bank. I hope they have a permanent person at the bank now.
