- JWJimmy WelchJan 13, 20251.0Went here to do a simple payoff of loan and title transaction. Needed bill of sale just stamped. The notary (a REAL KAREN) was just outlandish and ignorant. She stated she couldn't stamp anything unless it's signed. We signed & she then refused because "she didn't want to" I told her it's literally her job. So she refused to do her job. Typical privileged american.
