Then, yesterday, Samuel volunteered to dig up an old closed account and print out 5 years of statements again !! I asked another bank to do this for my wife’s account and they refused to do it. The First National Bank has far better customer service than the other bank.

I opened an account there to try it out after banking for 15 years down the street. Not only was I greeted with capable and friendly people, but they remembered me. Because it was a secondary account, I didn't go back for two days and was greeted by name as soon as I walked in the front door. When the internet knows everything about me it's usually bad. But, every time I am in is literally the best banking experience I have ever had.
