- LLLaceyApr 10, 20261.0This location has significantly declined in recent years. Several tellers are dismissive and, at times, come across as degrading in how they speak to customers. The level of professionalism is not what you would expect from a financial institution. Additionally, new policies have been implemented without clear communication to customers, which creates unnecessary confusion and frustration—especially for small business owners. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering another banking institution or avoiding this branch altogether.

- JKJeff KretzerDec 23, 20164.0There is once teller that wants to push you into opening a savings account when all you want to do is deposit a paycheck and she decides to deposit a paycheck that the funds should be available right away but wasn't so I had to call the bank the next day to have it fixed and they did. The rest of the tellers are very nice.
