- CBCaitlin BurkeDec 26, 20251.0So dumb they got rid of their tellers there and only one bank now in scranton that has tellers is down town. And tried to deposit cash at the ATM and it doesn't allow you to click to deposit it. But the viewmont mall ATM allows you to deposit it. 🤣

In fact, we were discussing moving money out of PNC and into Navy Fed/Wells Fargo, etc. We moved my Dad into an Assisted Living facility, and I forwarded his mail to my address in RI. We have a financial POA and it wasn't always being honored, sometimes the check book and debit card would work, sometimes it wouldn't. Trying to pay his bills, many times 5 days later the check would be returned as it was seen as fraud when there was plenty of money in the account. I decided to take a trip to Scranton and this (West Scranton) branch solved EVERYTHING. Nicole was easy to work with, very pleasant and made it all come together! I just (an hour ago) purchased an oxygen concentrator for my Dad that was recently rejected as fraud using his debit card! This branch of PNC Bank needs to educate the rest of the company because they clearly know how to take care of their customers. Bravo Nicole and Team!
