  Long time business account holder. Switching my bank to first commonwealth. Has to be one of the most greedy banks and honestly today was last straw. They do not have their customers back even when being falsely charged by other businesses, but flourish off consumer fraud. They make up their policies as they go, I have lost more money with fees over the years. Essentially the blockbuster of banks. I would avoid at all costs.

  I was a long time account holder. I opened a business account early on in my business. I was told I needed paperwork that an LLC doesnt get when they register, but Sarver Branch was still asking for it. They had to consult with their legal department, and I had to get a letter from the state, stating that LLCs do not get rhe paperwork they were asking for. I was told I did not have to keep a balance. Two months later, without notification, my account was closed. Numerous times with my personal account, my debit card was shut off for not using it. I did not receive a notication regarding that either. When paying online bills, it showed an available date, but then when you try to process, it pushed out a week. A mobile deposit was accepted by their system, put into my account, and then two weeks later, taken out of my account because their system showed the edge of the check cut off. They wouldnt allow me to bring the paper check in to cash it. It had to be reissued. I would not recommend the Sarver branch or FNB Mobile Banking. They were never able to help us resolve any of these issues for us.
