- MAMaria ARROWJan 18, 20221.0I had problems with this bank. I opened an new account and the teller was distracted and made several errors. After calling to correct the errors, the manager was dismissive and rude. When I said I wasnt getting any text with balances as well, she snipped, " I don't know anything about that I don't use it." A manager should know about all of the banks services. If you are a person of color, avoid this branch. They will treat you as if you are there to rob them. Get better management!
