  The assistant manager at this branch is rude and very disrespectful! My daughter went in to open a savings account last friday. She was told by a worker that they only open accounts on weekdays. Mind you, it was a friday. Last I checked friday is a week day. So she went back this Friday at 10am. She was told rudely by the staff that she needed a appointment. So I called in and spoke to a lady on the phone. I said I wanted to set up a checking account and she told me they perfer appointments but could help me if I came in. I immediately told the lady I was calling regarding my daughter and I told her the situation. She put me on the phone with the assistant manager who was rude and spoke over me the entire time. She said that they perfer appointments due to short staffing. I said "well perffering and requiring are 2 different things." She continued to argue with me. Needless to say I called another branch and they confirmed no appointment would be necessary and they were able to help my daughter immediately. Seems like this branch is filled with a bunch of workers who don't like to do their job!

  Been with this bank since it was M&T and have had many positive transactions and they even caught 3 different transactions that weren't mine before processing them and even contacted myself before they put them through! Yes I miss M&T's hours they had back then /Sat &Sun but not a big deal. Won't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work. Manager even helped me get my credit back on track and now in the high 700's again. Thank you. Bigger banks are a hassle not this location.

  Honestly the best bank we have ever banked with. The level of care and trust and support they have offered is above and beyond. We are so thankful that we got started with them and can't imagine how our lives would be so different without them!

  This bank bought metro bank, and since then has been the worst bank I've ever experienced. Aweful experience

  Fees are outrageous! Had fraud and had money taken from account and bank says "oh well, not our problem, there's nothing we can do" and froze checking account. Worst bank ever dealt with and horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. 45 minute wait just to talk to anyone.
