The manager was very short and wouldn’t let me complete a sentence when speaking and stated more than once “we’ve already gone over this”. Very unprofessional coming from a manager.
- BLBill LuDec 7, 20173.0I give PNC Bank a 3 star rating because it takes my deposit and hasn't run away with the money. Otherwise, it's afraid of doing any service for fear of burning itself. Online transfer between banks is limited to $2000 per order and $5000 per month. This makes its online transfer operation worthless in this era of online banking. Doing simple things such as notary public is difficult. The bank always can find odd issues for not to notarize a customer's signature. After three months of frustration, I'm taking my money elsewhere.
