  IRIS IS AMAZING. I've been a PNC customer for over 20 years and this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. She helped me to find an ATM and personally handed me off to Ty (also amazing) when my debit card was expired. I was there at 4pm on a Friday so it was probably getting close to the end of her day but her demeanor was still so warm and sweet and friendly. Working with people can be such a hard job but Iris was A++++++
