- CGChristie Goff5 days ago1.0I had an extremely frustrating experience with PNC Financial Services trying to open a business account. I spent two separate days going into the branch. The first visit, I was told I needed additional paperwork, which I understood and returned the very next day prepared with what was requested. On the second visit, instead of helping me complete the process, I was told they still couldn’t assist me and that I would need to come back a third time essentially at their convenience, not mine. For anyone running a small business, this kind of inefficiency is incredibly frustrating. Small business owners do not have unlimited time to sit in a bank branch over multiple days just to accomplish something that should be straightforward. The process felt disorganized, inconsistent, and dismissive of my time. If you value customer service, clear communication, and respect for people with busy schedules, this was not a positive experience. For reference I drove down the street to another bank and was promptly helped in less than 10 minutes.

My 'Premium' account paid nearly zero interest, charged my mothers Estate Account $25 monthly despite having large balances consistently, and tried to sell her estate a credit card.
