- BBBengaldadAug 4, 20251.0The banker kept interrupting my wife but not me. Even though it was her trying to fix issue with her account he kept talking to me and ignoring her. He then debated me about investing after he found out that I was doing all the investing. He tried to tell me he could get better percent returns than an individual person investing around 2 to 4 percent. What was funny is that I opened my webull account and showed him my returns. He immediately shut up and stopped talking about investing. Literally the most annoying employee I have ever dealt with at a bank. Closed my own accounts. Then they lied and kept two open. Word to the wise get a reference number when you close an account here. They will try to keep accounts open to try to rack up overdraft. I was able to prove that I closed my accounts and they dropped the overdraft. Please avoid this bank.
