  Branch is pretty straightforward. They have a drive through ATM, traditional tellers indoor, and a protected remote teller ATM that has limited hours. Inside the branch is clean and quiet and the tellers were friendly and took care of account updates and a large cash withdrawal for us. They went out of their way to make sure our account details were updated with a recent move. I know there's a lot of negative reviews for this location but my experience was straightforward and friendly. Call a day or 2 ahead if you have a large withdrawal request over 5k

  am very disappointed with this bank. On March 2, I went in to pick up a temporary debit card. I was greeted by Raven, who provided me with the card. When I tried to activate it, I was told to call the 1-800 number. After calling, they informed me they could not assist due to security reasons and transferred me back to the branch where I originally received the card. I explained the situation again, but the issue was still not resolved. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better communication and assistance.

  This institution deserves nothing more than zero stars, they don’t deserve your money and they don’t deserve your business. Please, for the love of God do not bank here, this bank is terrible and for a myriad of reasons. As a professional institution professionalism goes straight out the window. If you want frustration, headaches and constant issues with your accounts and debit cards then go ahead, but I would advise not to. There’s always something going on, something that will get messed up, Or if they try to fix it, they mess up something else up in the process. Stay away from this bank!
