  Absolutely the worst customer service at any bank I have dealt with. Nearly every time I go into this bank, I get ignored. The last time I was there, I had a very large amount of money to invest in a CD, the teller interrupted the process to go help a drive through customer. Then she told me to go and sit to wait for the woman at a desk in the back. This person got up without saying a word and went in the back. Ten minutes later, still no help from anyone. I was the only customer inside. I have banked at this location for 45 years and ever since fnb has taken over, the service has been atrocious. I took my big fat check to a competitor and received the customer service I expect.

  Everyone has been personable, however there is definitely a lack of communication and/or training going on here. Or a complete lack of transparency. I've had my account for over a month, tens of thousands of dollars, and still don't have a debit card. Initially I was told it got cancelled because of a glitch. So asked for another to be sent out. When I still hadn't received it I asked again and was told their policy was to not issue a card until the acct was a month old (it was like 4 days shy at this point). Someone else seemed very confused about that supposed policy when I requested a card yet again a few days later. I now have the card being sent directly to the bank. The teller even gave me a form to sign confirming I was requesting a debit card, so I guess I'll see if I actually get it this time. Never in my life have I not automatically received a debit card upon opening a checking account. Because the bank is closed I'm effectively locked out of my funds until Monday for no reason. I'm strongly considering switching banks, because if this is how FNB operates I don't trust them with my money. Do NOT choose FNB.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Been with you guys for years. The greentree branch is the ABSOLUTE worst. Look at the reviews. Rude tellers. Slow as molasses. If you’re looking to close a branch that’s the one. I’d rather drive twenty minutes than deal with those clowns

  I admit I may be wrong for giving this bank so few star, but it just blows my mind that A BANK can’t give you change bc you don’t have an account with them. It’s a bank!!! Maybe all banks practice this. If they do, they get 2 stars as well.

  If you want to open a CD go to any other branch. Here you'll meet the most unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Though tellers are OK.
