- HKHaley Kennedy3 days ago1.0Business is doing absolutely nothing to protect it's customers from scams, phishing, fraud, and identity theft. Doesn't notify account holders of issues or fraudulent charges, won't assist customers in getting a refund for any money scammed.
- KJKattie JonesApr 2, 20261.0They were all really nice but when I went to change my due date before my loan started (to align with my paychecks), signed what needed signed, they never actually submitted the paperwork. I only found out when I saw my account in negatives, (causing an overdraft fee), and calling the 1800 number to be told there was no record of anything being changed. I don't think I trust going back to be honest. I understand mistakes happen but that's a very big mistake to make.

- HPHenry PaulMar 1, 20251.0Went to open a basic no-fee checking account. I live in the area and thought it would be quicker to stop in that doing online. Took almost 30 minutes to do something that should take 5. Asked for an account with no monthly fee. I actually said "are you sure this account has no monthly fee?" and she assured me it doesn't. Get the details back and indeed it does. I go back in and say hey you lied to me, please convert my account to this other one that doesn't. She admits her mistake and says ok I have changed it. See no change reflected online 2 days later. Have to get on the phone for 40 minutes with FNB to ask for change and it is going to take several business days. All so I can open a basic no fee checking account!!!! Absolutely bonkers. Horrible that I had to do the research and understand their own products better than their own staff. This is why I will continue to bank exclusively online with other companies that can give you much better rates and even better service despite not having local branches. What a joke.
