- CBChels BAug 6, 20254.0The female security guard with the fade haircut makes me extremely uncomfortable. I brought my neighbor in for services and elected to sit outside as I’m new to the area and love architecture and nature . I can say that I love the trees and the atmosphere but I do not like being walked up on by the security guard while she vapes or having her circle my car for whatever reason. I’m certain there is something she can be doing inside of the building and do not appreciate the attention or interest. She came out again after I initially typed up my review and this marks my fifth time seeing her in the 20 minutes I’ve been waiting. 3rd update moving my 2 stars to 4 because the branch manager is cheerful, empathetic and I trust that she will let the guard know that I’m here with a customer 💜🩷
