- DTDakota TrimpeyJul 26, 20251.0Worst experience ever… we made an appointment for 2:15 we arrived at 2 pm. The asst. branch manager checked all my papers when I walked in and told me I had everything I needed. We were told to sit. Not until 2:53 did we get called back only to be told sorry the paper you have doesn’t have a seal my bad. Not only did she become unprofessional and just walked away but had no insight. And the dude who was helping us knew she was wrong and didn’t even try to make it work. I’ll be taking my $100k check to another institution. What a joke and waste of time. I’ll be contacting cooperate to address this further.
