However, she didn't tell me that I have to make an appointment before I go. When I arrived at the branch, one of their employees used an unprofessional voice and said "You have to make an appointment before coming. There's no banker available now." I decided to wait since I needed the issue resolved. A couple minutes later, Jalisa Freeman helped me out. She was very friendly and solved my issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks!
