I came in to get a replacement debit card and wasn't expecting much, however Brian asked how my day was going, asked about my job then reviewed my account and gave me very helpful tips I was not aware of. Talk about making my first trip to this specific branch a good one. I also work in customer service and this is the stellar service I like to see. I normally go to a different branch, but his CS was so kind I will be coming here and referring my friends and family to this branch as well. Thank you so much.
