Because it was done wrong and we wanted the opposite. Money to go from QuickBooks to PNC. After a total of 4 calls to branches they said the could not help me. They kept forwarding me to another department to help stop payment. Every time they would forward me there the system would not let me select the correct option. After four times I gave up with still no one to help me stop payment. I recommend S & T Bank. I’m going to close all my PNC Bank accounts in the next couple days and get out of there.
