The assistant branch manager refused to help me, and was pushy to get me off the phone because she was leaving. They don't care because it doesn't effect them, and it's not their money that was lost or misplaced. I'm not sure how they would let someone so unprofessional assist in managing a branch. Her only skill was trying to assist me to get off the phone, because she couldn't be bothered since she was leaving for the day.
