- ASAdam StoufferApr 17, 20221.0Had fraudulent charges posted to my debit card. Called to dispute and after an investigation PNC is only offering me a partial credit. First thing Monday I am closing my checking, savings, and moving my mortgage. They are no better than the thieves who compromised my card.

Can't do basic banking without an attitude and I believe myself to be very calm and laid back. Sadly the branches where I've gotten excellent service have been closed or will be closed soon. Penn Hills Saxonbug road has very nice tellers and Buelah Road was an excellent place as well. I will continue to go to other locations farther away in search of good customer service.
