- DSDebbie Shaffer-ClarkDec 4, 20255.0I came here to open a trust account after the bank I have used for 30 years (FNB - they bought my original bank long ago) was making life extremely complicated at my worst time. No matter what I had brought them wasn't enough and they kept telling me I needed to take steps that were wrong. I came to this branch and they reviewed the same documents, asked for only one more item, explained the process and sent it all for approval to their corporate. In 4 days I had approval and the account was open. I will be moving my personal checking and savings from FNB to PNC because of how wonderful these folks were to me when I needed it most!

First thing Monday I am closing my checking, savings, and moving my mortgage. They are no better than the thieves who compromised my card.
