  PNC's help desk is unaware of its online banking services. I have yet to find a help desk that knows how to resolve a simple query about signing in. Instead, they make up false information. I wish they would not lie and take care of the problem. However, obviously, they are inept at giving good tech support to remedy the problem. I am referring to PNC internally and the Squirrel Hill branch.

  The branch manager should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for leaving a new hire alone to deal with phone calls, customers, and forcing her to be on a conference call all at the same time. A multi-billion dollar company should be able to provide a better work life for their employees and a better experience for their customers. I sincerely hope yall are paying that young woman very very well but somehow I doubt it.
