- ARAndrew Roberts4 days ago2.0It’s pretty sad how I could visit two other local PNC branches and get to help with estate documents with no issues. I come here for help and get denied help. But then i can take the same document to UPS and get the help I needed, no questions and no issues. Make it make sense. Pretty disappointed.

Everyone had been so helpful and professional during this process, making sure that I know what documentation I'll need to get things done, setting up new accounts and passwords, doing some things over the phone to avoid another trip to the office. Special mention of Tony, Lira and Alex, who made things very easy for me. An all-around good experience.

I called several times from Wednesday morning until Friday afternoon until Todd answered the phone today (Friday). I just wanted to ask if I could get the card back. (I get done with work after they close). He did not give me all my options and good thing I trusted my gut and did not take any of his suggestions. I called the national customer service number and they were very helpful.
