Everyone had been so helpful and professional during this process, making sure that I know what documentation I'll need to get things done, setting up new accounts and passwords, doing some things over the phone to avoid another trip to the office. Special mention of Tony, Lira and Alex, who made things very easy for me. An all-around good experience.
- LNLeah NowickiAug 22, 20251.0I called for three days before anyone answered the phone. The ATM ate my made it card Tuesday night. I called several times from Wednesday morning until Friday afternoon until Todd answered the phone today (Friday). I just wanted to ask if I could get the card back. (I get done with work after they close). He did not give me all my options and good thing I trusted my gut and did not take any of his suggestions. I called the national customer service number and they were very helpful.
